100% eff isnt a bug ^_^ If you got 2 kills and 1 death you got 100% eff. so a 2-1 kill/death ratio or higher gives you 100% eff and you got more than 2-1 K/D Ratio ^_^ Good Job

lol you dont even know what eff means gamecleric . ofcourse its a bug, 2 kills 1 death = 66,66% In this match he had 235 frags and 35 deaths. meaning 87% efficiency. If u die once in a match u can never get 100% efficiency, impossible. U can get very close but never 100% if u got shot.
